Place Leaders Association

The Place Leaders Association (PLA) is a non-profit membership organisation whose members are some of the leading place makers and place managers in the Australasian region today.

Social Insights was engaged to review the Place Leaders Association’s (PLA) brand positioning and review the trends that are impacting associations. An online membership survey was undertaken with a review of PLA’s brand assets and current promotional activities and recommendations made for tactics to engage current members and increase membership.
