A few years back I made a series of presentations to a group of PwC Private Client partners on where social media was heading and what could, at that stage be considered best practice. It’s been very interesting to watch the large consulting firms come to terms with the impact of social on business. In Australia, Deloitte’s have been one of the most progressive.
This US report presents some great insights into the adoption of social business strategy with more than half of the respondents giving their company only a 3 out of 10 for social business maturity whilst at the same time over half recognising that social represents and ‘immediate opportunity’
